We are supporting WASA Disability Swimming Club for young people, which teaches disabled children to swim. We paid for volunteers' training courses in 2017 and 2022.

This year we enjoyed a successful Quiz Night with FCN in February, the Garden Gig in June and plant sales throughout the summer - helping raise over £8,500! Read more HERE
We partnered with Furzedown Community Network to 'Keep Furzedown Warm & Fed' and also donated towards The Furzedown Project's 'Keep Cool' Appeal for a new awning. We also supported Learn to Love to Read in Franciscan Road School's new Library, with new books and an author. Read about our fundraising HERE
FACE (Furzedown Annual Charity Events) is a group of friends and neighbours in the Furzedown area of London. In 2011 we got together to raise money for local causes affecting those close to us. We have run events ever since, including popular Quiz Nights and Garden Gigs, and raise money through our Plant Sales.

How we do it...
Over the years we've run Quiz Nights at Graveney School, enjoyed Comedy Nights with Furzedown FCN; hosted Garden Gigs with top artists and musicians; had plant sales; done antique valuation days; partnered with local schools' fundraising activities and Run raffles. Read more in our blog HERE
