Surprise guests and sunshine for 2024 Summer Garden Gig
It was a very special evening and there was even sunshine for our Garden Gig in July 2024 - in a beautiful garden in the heart of Furzedown, with a special guest appearance from international choral singer Katy Hill,
accompanied by her husband Chris Hill on Double Bass, with jazz singer Alexandra Howlett and talented local musicians including Annalie Schutz on Viola, Mina, Maia and Louise from Graveney Music, Andrew Holdsworth on piano and The Chillerton Road Choir!
We enjoyed a sparkling welcome drink provided by Winkworth Tooting, table nibbles, and a delicious two course gourmet meal with beer-basted BBQ chicken, vegan chilli, salads and sides followed by a choice of strawberries, apple crumble and cakes.
There was also a raffle with some great prizes - tickets available beforehand and drawn on the night.
